A Return to the Cotswolds

At the end of May we returned to the Cotswolds to complete on a boutique Bacchus vineyard. The vineyard is located within historic walled gardens that will add a great feature to the landscaping and provide some wonderful wine in a few years time.

The trellising is on wood with posts and stays hand built by ourselves with the wiring on an adjustable chain system to allow the wires to be raised and lowered as needed. Bacchus is a great choice for the area with some local vineyards producing exceptional crisp, dry whites.
