In Co Tipperary, Ireland, the first row has been laid out for the future Irish Wine Estates. The development marks a significant milestone in the rapidly growing Irish wine industry.

Tipperary is renowned for its lush, fertile farmland which offers an ideal environment for innovative PIWI varieties. These grape varieties have been specifically bred to thrive in cooler climates and are known for their resilience against common vineyard diseases. The mild temperatures and adequate rainfall are already starting to produce high-quality wines and we anticipate that wine tourism will grow alongside the increased planting in the country.

We wish them the best of luck with the rest of the posting and planting come spring.
